USES

As a treat:

Large Birds: cockatoos, macaws, African greys, Amazons – 2 to 4 Nuggies per day, per bird.
Medium Birds: cockatiels, conures, quakers & lovebirds – 1 to 3 Nuggies per day, per bird.
Small Birds: budgies, parrotlets and small hookbills – 1 Nuggie per day, per bird.Diet

Conversion:

Birds may consume freely when transitioning from seeds to a formulated diet.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry location, inside the original bag. For best results, use contents within 30 days of opening.

Bird Safety
  • Check for rust or peeling on hardware and remove or stop use of these items
  • Make sure that the hardware being used is appropriate for the size of bird
  • Ensure there are no sharp parts or leftover materials and examine cords and ropes to help prevent entanglement
  • Do not have in the enclosure or give your bird leftover rope as toys
  • Avoid giving large birds small toys or items that may present a choking hazard due to size differences
  • Be sure to always supervise your birds when introducing new items
  • Always contact an avian vet when regrading your pets health

Get your item or your money back! All orders ship with tracking and insurance. Please note orders cannot ship to PO boxes.

Cancellations:
In most cases you can contact us to request a cancellation of an order before it has shipped. Once an order is marked as shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you would need to start a return.

Returns:
Most returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds exclude original shipping fees as well as any return shipping fees. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any errors on our part or any lost or damaged items during shipping will be refunded or replaced at no charge. Photo proof may be required to provide a refund or replacement.
