Shipping policy

Made to order items.

Some items may need to be handmade after ordering. If there is a delay in the shipping of your item, we will reach out to you after you place your order.

When will it ship?

All orders typically ship out next day depending on time and availability of the item(s) ordered. Orders ship out during our normal shipping business hours excluding holidays. Currently we only ship to a U.S. address and cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Once my order ships how long does it take to get it?

Normally within 2-5 business days. Times do very and have been known to take up to 7 days depending on current shipping conditions.

UPS shipping is typically 2-3 business days.

Tracking and insurance (up to $100) will be provided by default for all shipments.

Note: Packages going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations) may receive slower service.
